Residential Photography for Real Estate

Residential Photography requires me to be onsite for a couple hours in order to take as many HDR images as possible. My work-flow is tailored to deliver images in a flow as if you were walking through the house however, I start with exterior front the exterior back (taking shots from all four corners) then transition from the main entrance taking the same four shots per medium to large rooms.  I deliver 30-40 images all post-processed and enhanced using Photoshop and Lightroom and additional editing software. Images are delivered generally the same day and provided to the client via a Dropbox link. You are only invoiced after you are 100% satisfied with the results.
